Director of Operations Responsibilities:

Lead and support the Area Directors to ensure the success of their teams and operations.
Multi-unit experience with the ability to travel!
Facilitate hands-on training and development for team members and leadership.
Conduct strategic analysis and participate in company-wide communication to align objectives and ensure continuous improvement. Effective leadership in all areas of people, guests, sales, and profits.
Maintain a mindset of approachability. Build strong relationships with both team members and leadership, actively fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Oversee the operational standards and performance of the restaurants across multiple markets in collaboration with the Area Directors.
Drive financial progress by managing sales, profits, and ensuring budgeted EBITDA targets are achieved.

Director of Operations Qualifications:

Champions and reinforces the organization’s mission, vision, and guiding principles.
Contributes to the development of detailed annual budgets for restaurant operations.
Collaborates with executive leadership to assess financial performance and drive strategies that enhance profitability and growth.
Conducts regular market visits to ensure consistency in operational execution; role requires spending 75% of the week in the field.
Directs and organizes operations team meetings to align on goals and performance.
Addresses employee relations matters quickly and effectively in partnership with HR.
