We are partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare technology company in need of a Healthcare Business Development Executive. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic outreach, presentations, and closing deals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

PLEASE NOTE: CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN OR EASILY COMMUTE TO WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA. TRAVEL UP TO 80% IS REQUIRED.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE — BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE — REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of business development experience at both corporate and facility levels
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Fresh Sales) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Passion for driving growth and achieving sales targets

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE — DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers and key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the client base and increase sales
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales
  • Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategies
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Prepare reports on pipeline, performance, and BD activities
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences
  • Maintain complete and accurate CRM documentation, including calls, notes, and deals
