Restaurant District Manager Requirements & Responsibilities

2+ years of multi-unit experience operating concepts with breakfast, lunch, and late-night business.
Creates and communicates a vision for the units based on the company business plan.
Coaches and role models to move the business forward. Has a high personal standard and sets clear expectations.
Passionate about the business.
Self-starter, drives for great results and wants to make things better.
People oriented leadership
