LEAD VETERINARIAN — REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
Active state veterinary license and DEA license
6+ years of small animal experience, including leadership or mentorship responsibilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coach, develop, and engage a team of veterinarians
Professional, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset

LEAD VETERINARIAN — DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide high-quality medical care and exceptional client experiences
Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions across small animal GP
Perform routine surgeries and dental procedures
Maintain accurate digital medical records
Lead, mentor, and develop a team
Champion a culture of hospitality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
