LEAD VETERINARIAN — REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Active state veterinary license and DEA license
- 6+ years of small animal experience, including leadership or mentorship responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach, develop, and engage a team of veterinarians
- Professional, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset
LEAD VETERINARIAN — DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-quality medical care and exceptional client experiences
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions across small animal GP
- Perform routine surgeries and dental procedures
- Maintain accurate digital medical records
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team
- Champion a culture of hospitality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
