Lead operational function of agency and its staff
Oversee compliance with all local, state and federal agency policies and procedures
Ensure excellence in care for all patients on care

Licensed RN in good standing
Background in clinical leadership (DON/CNO/Branch Manager)
Experience working skilled care – home health
