Senior Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of project management and architectural experience, executing all phases of industrial and manufacturing projects
Strong experience with design and delivery of industrial buildings such as warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and specification writing software (Masterspec, BSD SpecLink)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including formal client presentations and team mentoring
Excellent organizational and financial management abilities
Working knowledge of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines
Professional Architectural or Engineering licensure preferred

Senior Project Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple industrial projects from concept through construction administration
Oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Direct and mentor project teams—coordinating plans, specifications, and documentation
Serve as primary client contact, maintaining positive relationships and managing expectations
Develop project work plans, proposals, and schedules
Interface with authorities, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and constructability issues
Participate in business development, marketing efforts, and key office initiatives
Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment focused on continual improvement and innovation
