Restaurant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

3+ years of management experience in culinary-forward, upscale restaurants
Proven experience leading front-of-house operations
Strong scheduling experience
Hands-on service leadership with consistent floor presence
Proficiency with Toast POS and Resy
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Restaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills

Prior new restaurant opening experience
Experience working in chef-driven or culinary-focused concepts
Strong training and team development background
Guest recovery expertise
Experience managing private dining, events, or VIP reservations
