Restaurant Sous Chef

Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of high-volume, scratch kitchen experience.
Fine dining or upscale background with high standards.
Proven leadership skills that command respect.
Strong financial acumen with P&L experience.

Sous Chef Preferred Background & Skills

Relentless in your standards and work ethic.
Skilled at running fast, clean, and consistent kitchens.
Hungry for growth, but humble enough to keep learning.

Sous Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver outstanding culinary experiences.
Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards.
Maintain inventory accuracy and quality control through organized processes.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance guest satisfaction and service efficiency.
