We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team. This is an opportunity to join a great team with an amazing culture

Accounts Receivable Specialist Key Responsibilities

Process and reconcile incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Create, distribute, and track customer invoices and account statements
Monitor accounts for overdue balances, discrepancies, or irregular activity
Research and resolve billing or payment issues efficiently
Maintain organized and accurate accounts receivable records
Prepare routine reports related to receivables and collections
Support month- and year-end close activities and ad hoc projects

Accounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications

Experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting function
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Proficiency with accounting systems and standard office software
Solid communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
