We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team. This is an opportunity to join a great team with an amazing culture

Accounts Receivable Specialist Key Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Create, distribute, and track customer invoices and account statements
  • Monitor accounts for overdue balances, discrepancies, or irregular activity
  • Research and resolve billing or payment issues efficiently
  • Maintain organized and accurate accounts receivable records
  • Prepare routine reports related to receivables and collections
  • Support month- and year-end close activities and ad hoc projects

Accounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications

  • Experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting function
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency with accounting systems and standard office software
  • Solid communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
