Our client is a fast-growing wealth management firm and they are currently seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to join their San Diego–based team. This is a client-facing role offering the opportunity to work closely with clients while delivering holistic financial planning and investment solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, values relationship-building, and is motivated by business development and long-term career growth.

Associate Financial Advisor Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive, customized financial plans
Prepare for and participate in client meetings, including follow-ups and planning presentations
Analyze investment portfolios and support investment recommendations
Assist with client onboarding and contribute to business development initiatives

Associate Financial Advisor Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
CFP or Series 66.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
