Litigation Associate – Washington, DC / New York, NY / Chicago, IL / Denver, CO / Dallas, TX

Litigation Associate Requirements & Qualifications

2–5 years of litigation experience
Demonstrated proficiency in written discovery, legal research, and drafting motions
Excellent academic credentials with highly developed writing and analytical skills
Active member of the state bar in the office’s jurisdiction or eligible for admission by waiver

Litigation Associate Preferred Background & Skills

Experience in health care litigation is a plus but not required

Litigation Associate Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Work closely with partners and clients on health care and commercial litigation matters
Draft and review legal documents, including motions and briefs
Manage all phases of written discovery and fact investigations
Prepare for hearings, arbitrations, and court proceedings
Conduct sophisticated legal research and provide actionable recommendations
Support case strategy and collaborate in team-based environments
