Sous Chef Wanted – We're not looking for just a cook—we’re looking for a culinary commander. Our high-performing restaurant group is hiring a Sous Chef to help take charge of a scratch kitchen, drive excellence, and lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • 3–5 years of proven success as a Sous Chef
  • Experience running high-volume, scratch kitchens—no shortcuts, no compromises
  • Strong leadership chops—your team follows because you deliver
  • Full command of kitchen financials: P&L, food cost, labor control
  • Cool under pressure, sharp with execution, relentless about standards
