A premier Midwest casino resort destination is launching an exciting new rooftop restaurant concept and is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the opening leadership team.
This is a rare opportunity to help open a flagship dining venue within an established resort operation while shaping service culture and guest experience from day one. This role involves relocation to Iowa
What You’ll Do
- Lead Front-of-House operations for new rooftop concept
- Hire, train, and develop opening service team
- Establish service standards and operational routines
- Drive guest satisfaction and team performance
- Partner with culinary leadership to execute launch success
Ideal Background
- Upscale or polished casual restaurant leadership
- Fine dining or steakhouse experience preferred
- Opening experience strongly preferred
- Hotel, resort, or destination dining experience a plus
