Position: Restaurant General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and uphold the restaurant's standards of service and quality.
- Oversee restaurant staff and ensure a high level of team performance and morale.
- Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Help manage costs and labor controls to optimize the restaurant's profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements:
- Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of beverages and creativity with beverage menus
- Strong understanding of cost and labor controls.
- Ability to take direction while leading a dedicated team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering quality service.
