Assistant General Manager – Fast Casual Restaurant (Healthy Dining)

Our rapidly growing fast-casual restaurant concept is expanding, and we’re hiring an Assistant General Manager to support new restaurant openings. If you’re passionate about healthy food, fresh ingredients, and team-driven culture, this is your chance to grow your leadership career with us.

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Prior leadership experience in upscale fast-casual or restaurant management
  • ServSafe certification (required)
  • Strong passion for healthy food, fresh ingredients, and quality service
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
  • Support daily operations, team development, and new store openings
