We are seeking a hands-on Clinical & Infusion Operations Manager to serve as the operational bridge between clinical and infusion services, ensuring seamless workflows, strong team performance, and an exceptional patient experience.

This is a “boots-on-the-ground” leadership role—ideal for someone who enjoys being visible, involved, and impactful in daily operations.

What You’ll Do

Operational Leadership

  • Serve as the on-site leader overseeing both clinical and infusion operations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clinical, infusion, billing, and administrative teams.
  • Ensure all workflows align with company-wide standards and policies.
  • Maintain a strong daily presence in Centennial and travel periodically to other sites for oversight and training.
  • Optimize scheduling, triage, and call-handling processes to improve patient access and satisfaction.

Performance & Financial Oversight

  • Track and report KPIs including infusion volume, productivity, patient satisfaction, and revenue trends.
  • Partner with finance leadership to manage budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Oversee inventory and procurement for clinic and infusion services.

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for outpatient clinical and infusion services.
  • Lead MIPS compliance efforts with medical leadership.
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to safety standards, protocols, and documentation policies.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and support clinical and infusion administrative teams.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training.
  • Implement SOPs, workflows, and continuous training programs.
  • Partner with HR on performance management and development plans.

Patient Experience

  • Oversee patient engagement and communication processes.
  • Lead service recovery efforts for escalated concerns within 48 hours.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen patient experience and brand consistency.

What We’re Looking For

  • RN (BSN or MSN) strongly preferred for this nurse-leader role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or Business Management (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–8 years of healthcare leadership experience, including 3+ years in infusion or specialty outpatient operations.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare financials, budgets, reimbursement, and KPIs.
  • Experience with EMR systems such as Greenway, WeInfuse, Intergy, Phreesia, or Nextiva.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care.

Why Join

You’ll be part of an organization redefining healthcare through innovation, collaboration, and compassion. In this role, you’ll directly connect two of the most critical departments—clinical and infusion—to deliver seamless, patient-focused care that truly makes a difference. If you’re energized by leadership, operations, and improving how care is delivered, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.
