Sales Manager – Premier Live Entertainment & Hospitality Venue
A fast‑growing hospitality group is seeking an on‑site Sales Manager for its flagship Houston venue. This 11,000 sq. ft. live‑entertainment destination features state‑of‑the‑art AV, a mezzanine and main floor seating 225 guests, and flexible space for corporate events, private parties, weddings, and full buyouts.
The venue opened in late 2025 and is already generating strong monthly revenue, with additional locations planned nationally. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager leads all group sales, private events, season passes, and VIP membership programs. This is a sales‑focused, in‑person role working closely with leadership and the Booking Manager to build partnerships, customize packages, and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate group sales, private event bookings, and membership/season pass sales
- Serve as primary contact for all sales inquiries and client relationships
- Customize event packages and maintain accurate BEOs
- Lead weekly sales/ops meetings to ensure smooth execution
- Represent the venue at trade shows and industry events
- Provide feedback to enhance offerings and guest experience
What Success Looks Like
- Strong group/event sales meeting or exceeding targets
- Annual sell‑out of season pass and VIP programs
- High guest satisfaction (4.5+ review average)
- Clear communication and reliable sales systems
What You Bring
- Experience in hospitality, venue, or event sales
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and persuasion skills
- Creativity, attention to detail, and follow‑through
- Ability to work on‑site during business hours and event times
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000–$60,000 base salary
- 3% commission on sales up to $1M
- 4% commission on sales over $1M
- Health insurance + PTO
