We are looking for an energetic and well-presented Pro Shop Manager for our beautiful Club! The ideal candidate will have a background in a club setting with members. This single club is managed internally and will require a manager who can come in and hit the ground running. They must be well-versed in selling/discussing memberships. Must have a working knowledge of guns.

In a club setting, we need someone humble enough to handle feedback from members and also the personality to get to know them and impress them. If this sounds like you, please apply today!

Pro Shop Manager Requirements:

  • Must be willing/able to commute to Okeechobee area
  • Must have recent retail/sales experience, with guns is a plus
  • Ability to work in a club setting with members.
  • Humble personality. No big egos.
  • Solid knowledge of guns and ammunition
  • Self-starter mentality. Needs to execute consistently.
  • Must understand and execute merchandising
  • Knowledge of club/property rules
  • Maintains billing records of members and submits to accounting dept on a timely basis
  • Hires, trains and manages Pro shop team
