Relocation required! We’re hiring a hands-on Executive Chef to lead a high-performing kitchen in an upscale, chef-driven steakhouse environment in Ohio. If you thrive on precision, strong standards, and building great teams—this is a standout opportunity.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as an Executive Chef in a fine dining, full-service scratch kitchen
  • Proven ability to run high-volume service ($5M+ annually) without sacrificing standards
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record of developing teams
  • Solid operational discipline (systems, organization, execution)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a chef-inspired menu with consistency, speed, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a talented culinary team
  • Own quality control: taste, presentation, portioning, and ticket-time performance
  • Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and waste to protect profitability
  • Lead kitchen operations including sanitation, safety, and equipment readiness
