A growing, plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Houston is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney to step into a high-volume practice with strong support, hands-on experience, and clear earning potential.

About the role:
- Manage personal injury cases primarily in pre-litigation
- Handle cases from intake through pre-suit resolution
- Work closely with case managers and internal support teams
- Evaluate claims, develop strategy, and negotiate settlements
- Exposure to a variety of matters (auto, premises, catastrophic, etc.)
- In-office role (Houston – Greenway Plaza or Clear Lake) with one half-day remote weekly
Qualifications for the role:
- Licensed attorney in the State of Texas
- 1–4 years of experience, with some exposure to personal injury preferred
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage cases with a level of independence
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, coachable, and team-oriented mindset
