Our client is actively seeking multiple Associate Attorneys to support significant growth within its Pasadena office. This is an outstanding opportunity for attorneys looking to gain meaningful litigation experience, conduct depositions, attend court appearances, manage files, and ultimately develop into accomplished trial attorneys.
The firm is seeking motivated attorneys who enjoy litigation and want hands-on responsibility earlier in their careers than typically offered by larger law firms. The ideal candidate possesses prior civil litigation experience and thrives in a collaborative but fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned litigation files from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
- Develop case strategy with supervising attorneys
- Communicate with clients and insurance carriers
- Assist with trial preparation and trial support
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 3-8 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Desire to develop litigation and trial skills

- Insurance Defense experience
- General Liability experience
- Premises Liability experience
- Construction Defect experience
- Deposition experience
- Courtroom experience
- Trial preparation experience
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000 – $180,000+ Bonus Program
