Pastry Chef Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the pastry section of the kitchen, working closely with the culinary team
• Develop and execute creative dessert offerings with a focus on flavor, presentation, and consistency
• Prepare a wide variety of baked goods, pastries, and specialty desserts
• Decorate and present desserts in a visually appealing and refined manner
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
• Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients, supplies, and equipment as needed
• Collaborate with guests on custom desserts for special occasions
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Create and implement seasonal menus while staying current with industry trends

Pastry Chef Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef
• Strong baking, plating, and presentation skills
• High level of creativity and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Commitment to quality, consistency, and cleanliness
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
