Control Systems Engineer
This is a hands-on role for an Electrical Engineer who enjoys owning projects from design through execution. You’ll design UL-compliant control panels, program PLC/HMI systems, and support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across engineering and manufacturing.
You’ll work closely with production and field teams to ensure high-performance, reliable systems while driving efficiency and quality. Ideal for someone with strong industrial controls experience who wants to make a direct, visible impact.
Control Systems Engineer Qualifications Desired
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
- OR 3+ years of relevant experience in control systems / panel design
- Experience designing industrial control panels
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Electrical preferred) or SolidWorks
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, DirectSoft)
- Experience with HMI development (PanelView, C-more, Pro Designer)
- Familiarity with UL standards and ISO9001 environments preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
