We are partnering with a well-established, multi-state healthcare law firm seeking an experienced attorney to join its regulatory and licensure practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex administrative and healthcare litigation matters while representing providers in high-impact licensing and disciplinary cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent healthcare providers in licensing, disciplinary, and administrative matters
- Manage cases independently from intake through resolution
- Develop and execute legal strategies aligned with client goals
- Handle administrative law proceedings, including agency interactions and hearings
- Support appeals related to licensing and regulatory decisions
- Assist with matters involving credentialing, peer review, and compliance as needed
- Maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality legal service
Qualifications
- 4+ years of litigation experience, ideally within healthcare or administrative law
- Experience with professional licensing defense strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Experience with administrative hearings is a plus
- Familiarity with peer review, credentialing, or federal healthcare regulations is highly desirable
- Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Spanish language skills are a plus
