We are seeking an experienced Casino Surveillance Manager to join a well-established Casino/Gaming company, in the beautiful state of Iowa!
The position requires residency or relocation to Dubuque IA.

Casino Surveillance Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
- 6+ years of Casino surveillance experience
- 3+ years of leadership experienced
- Must have, or be able to obtain, the required Iowa gaming license
- Proficient knowledge of all table games rules, procedures, and gaming regulations
- Experienced with hand held radios, video systems, retention devices, surveillance software and Microsoft Office
- Servant leadership and genuine care for helping others
- Great communicator and believes in an open-door policy with their team
- Flexible and teamwork focused mentality
- High ethical standards and business integrity
