Are you a strategic finance leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments?

We are seeking a Director of FP&A to play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and building scalable infrastructure for a rapidly expanding organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning
  • Deliver data-driven insights to executive leadership
  • Build advanced financial models to support strategic decisions
  • Partner with operations to drive profitability and efficiency
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to track business performance
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing finance team

What You Bring

  • 8–12+ years of progressive FP&A experience
  • Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical expertise
  • Experience in high-growth, high-volume environments ($250M–$1B+ preferred)
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
  • Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial leaders

Education & Systems

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamic 365, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Advanced Excel (modeling, macros a plus)
    • BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
    • Financial planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.)
