Join a rapidly growing, high-impact organization at the forefront of cash management and financial technology. This is not your typical FP&A role, this position sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and executive decision-making, working directly with the CFO and senior leadership. You’ll play a critical role in shaping financial insights, supporting board-level reporting, and driving visibility across a scaling business.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards, executive reporting, and board-level summaries
- Support board decks, presentations, and high-impact ad hoc analysis
- Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, and leadership teams
- Own financial modeling including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership
- Drive alignment and consistency across financial reporting and analysis
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects led by the CFO
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in:
- Investment Banking
- Management Consulting
- Strategic Finance / FP&A
- Advanced Excel + financial modeling skills
- Strong PowerPoint / executive presentation experience
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and visibility
- Proven ability to communicate insights to senior leadership
Nice to Have
- Experience with board-level reporting
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic finance
- Background in high-growth or PE-backed environments
