We are looking for a strong, seasoned, and experienced General Manager for our hotel! Our company values servant leadership, communication, and transparency; if you share these values, this may be a fit for you!

Hotel General Manager Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager
  • Marriott experience required
  • 10+ years of hotel experience with progressive leadership roles
  • Experience with both select-service and full-service properties
  • Candidates with California labor law experience required
  • Excellent financial acumen

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team with integrity and forthright communication
  • Actively engage and listen to team members, their input, and ideas
  • Ensure high standards are communicated and achieved; exceed expectations for brand QA
  • Manage revenue and occupancy to achieve a high ADR and deliver value to our guests
  • Other duties as assigned
