District Manager Requirements

3+ years of multi-unit leadership within a QSR brand
Proven success improving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
Strong financial acumen; ability to analyze P&L and identify trends
Experience coaching GMs on labor, execution, and team engagement
Skilled in audits, compliance, and brand standards enforcement
Food Safety Certification and valid Driver’s License
Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant systems
High-volume QSR experience
Track record of building bench strength and internal promotions
Hands-on, high-energy leadership style
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
