We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead our Culinary team. The role will assume leadership of a highly reputable upscale full-service concept that is rapidly growing. This is an awesome opportunity for the right passionate and talented Chef. If you are interested, send us your resume today!

Executive Chef Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with ownership to create contemporary and classic menu offerings.
  • Oversee food presentations of the highest level
  • Responsible for the day-to-day culinary operations
  • Design and manage creative events for up to 600 guests.
  • Provide thought leadership on food trends and menu development.
  • Complete P&L ownership and vendor management
  • Mentor, lead, and develop the BOH team.

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of BOH restaurant experience in Italian or Steakhouse concepts; Executive Chef level for 3-5 of these years, must have upscale, full-service restaurant experience.
  • Strong leadership abilities, creative menu development and financial skillset
  • Flexibility and ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for all things culinary and the desire to join a growing independently-owned restaurant group
