Restaurant Manager Job Requirements:

1-2 years of Restaurant Management experience in a full-service, upscale dining environment
Exposure to annual sales volumes of $5 million plus
Professional image and demeanor
NRO Experience is preferred

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service and maintain a hospitality-driven culture
Lead, motivate, and empower employees
Set goals, create plans, and take effective actions to achieve them
Measure performance both subjectively and objectively
