General Manager – Upscale Dining | Seattle, WA

This is not a maintenance role—we’re looking for a true operator.

We’re representing a high-profile, upscale restaurant in Seattle seeking a General Manager who can take full ownership of the business, drive performance, and lead from the front. This is a flagship-level opportunity for a leader who thrives under pressure, builds elite teams, and delivers a best-in-class guest experience every day.

You’ll be stepping into a well-established concept with strong backing—but the expectation is clear: elevate, lead, and outperform.

What You’ll Own:

Full P&L responsibility with a sharp focus on profitability and cost control
Building, developing, and holding accountable a top-tier front-of-house team
Driving service standards and guest experience at a consistently high level
Creating a culture of urgency, accountability, and hospitality excellence
Partnering with culinary leadership to ensure flawless execution

What We’re Looking For:

Proven General Manager experience in upscale, polished, or high-volume environments
A hands-on leader who is visible, decisive, and performance-driven
Strong financial acumen—you know how to move the needle
A builder of teams and culture, not just a maintainer
Someone who takes ownership and treats the business like it’s their own
