Food and Beverage Director – relocate to Mobile, AL

A distinguished luxury boutique hotel in the Mobile area is seeking a seasoned food and beverage leader to take the helm of its culinary operations. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a well-established hospitality organization, enhance guest experiences, and drive operational performance at one of the region’s premier destinations.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership in hotel or luxury property food & beverage management (4-star or higher properties preferred)
  • Strong financial skills with proven ability to optimize revenue and manage costs effectively
  • Experience managing multi-outlet operations and high-volume banquet/catering programs
  • Hands-on leadership style with a track record of motivating and holding teams accountable
  • Genuine passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence
  • Experience as an executive committee member or department head at a luxury hotel
  • Expertise in menu development, pricing strategies, and merchandising initiatives
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate guest feedback, operational data, and industry trends

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee all F&B operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering
  • Maintain strict control of food, beverage, and labor costs while upholding quality and service standards
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence in service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across all F&B areas
  • Partner with culinary and outlet leaders to design menus, set pricing, and develop promotions
  • Create staffing models, schedules, and workflows to ensure operational efficiency and profitability
  • Analyze performance metrics and guest feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing management and hourly staff
  • Ensure adherence to labor regulations, safety protocols, and organizational policies
