About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead U.S. growth for an innovative diagnostics organization. This role will drive revenue, lead a national sales team, and expand market presence across healthcare systems and laboratories.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute national sales strategy
  • Drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
  • Coach and develop a distributed sales team
  • Manage key accounts and strategic opportunities
  • Oversee pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics
  • Strengthen distributor and channel partnerships

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in medical diagnostics, IVD, or healthcare sales
  • Proven leadership experience with measurable revenue impact
  • Strong understanding of hospital and laboratory sales environments
  • Experience managing teams and/or distributor networks
  • Track record of closing and growing business

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $140,000 – $180,000
  • On-Target Earnings: $220,000 – $300,000+
  • Performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.)
