We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 4+ years of complex litigation experience to join a nationally recognized corporate practice in New York or Boston. The ideal candidate will have experience handling all phases of complex litigation, including legal research, brief writing, discovery management, and document production.

Litigation Associate Responsibilities
- Handle complex litigation matters from pretrial through trial and appellate stages
- Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and other pleadings
- Manage document production and oversee discovery processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams on case strategy
- Participate in client development efforts, including writing articles and attending speaking engagements
- Support overall growth of the litigation practice
Litigation Associate Requirements
- JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission or eligibility for admission in New York or Massachusetts
- Minimum of 4 years of complex litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism in client and team interactions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Judicial clerkship experience preferred
Litigation Associate Benefits
