We’re working with a growing construction company looking to bring on a Executive Assistant/Office Manager to help keep projects running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow into project management, operations, or construction leadership.
In this role, you’ll support Upper Management and Project Managers across multiple jobs by organizing plans and documents, tracking RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and helping coordinate communication between the office and field teams. You’ll also assist with job cost tracking, scheduling, and day-to-day office operations.
The right candidate has 1–3 years of administrative or office experience, ideally in construction or a related industry, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, jobsite-driven environment.
