We are seeking a detail-oriented Technology Coordinator to join our growing Event Technology team. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and clients to build and manage registration sites, event websites, and mobile apps that support corporate meetings and incentive programs.

Technology Coordinator Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in event technology or corporate meetings/events
  • 2+ years of Cvent registration build experience, including Cvent Flex
  • Experience building event websites and mobile apps (SpotMe, AttendeeHub, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Cvent, Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace
  • HTML or web design experience is a plus
