Securities & Capital Markets Associate Benefits & Compensation

Base salary: $260,000–$365,000 plus eligibility for annual bonus

Securities & Capital Markets Associate Requirements & Qualifications

JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
Admitted or eligible for admission in New York
Minimum 3 years of capital markets experience representing issuers and underwriters/placement agents in ’33 Act transactions
Experience advising public companies on ’34 Act filings, compliance, and corporate governance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities
Proven success collaborating within team settings and delivering high-quality client service

Securities & Capital Markets Associate Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Advise on capital markets transactions, including securities offerings and regulatory compliance
Counsel public and private clients on SEC filings, disclosure requirements, and governance matters
Collaborate with partners and team members to deliver efficient, effective legal solutions
Draft and review offering documents, compliance materials, and transactional agreements
Balance multiple high-volume projects while maintaining rigorous attention to detail
Develop client relationships and support ongoing business development initiatives
