Store Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 3 years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
- Proven success managing operations, labor, and financial performance in a high-volume setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on manager who leads by example and builds strong team culture
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis
- Knowledge of food safety, labor laws, and health code compliance
- Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management
Store Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Ability to recruit, train, and inspire a hospitality-driven team
- Track record of maintaining exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Experience analyzing sales trends and implementing strategies to increase profitability
- Commitment to operational excellence—cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail in cost control, inventory, and vendor management
