We’re seeking a Construction Project Manager to join a growing Development team at a leading healthcare real estate company. This role will oversee construction projects nationwide, managing everything from sitework and core/shell construction to tenant improvements while coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and general contractors
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality
Lead Owner/Contractor/Architect meetings and oversee change management
Assist with permitting, utilities coordination, and monthly draw processes
Provide regular project updates and maintain strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For

5–10 years of construction or project management experience
Experience with ground-up development, renovations, or tenant improvements
Ability to manage design consultants and contractors
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
