We’re seeking a Construction Project Manager to join a growing Development team at a leading healthcare real estate company. This role will oversee construction projects nationwide, managing everything from sitework and core/shell construction to tenant improvements while coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and general contractors
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality
  • Lead Owner/Contractor/Architect meetings and oversee change management
  • Assist with permitting, utilities coordination, and monthly draw processes
  • Provide regular project updates and maintain strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of construction or project management experience
  • Experience with ground-up development, renovations, or tenant improvements
  • Ability to manage design consultants and contractors
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
