Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead/Coach and Develop your team
• Always focused on guest satisfaction
• Out of the box thinker who knows how to build sales

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years minimum experience with a full-service restaurant group
• Exposure to at least $3 Million in sales
• Works shoulder to shoulder with your team
• Infectious enthusiasm for what you do
