Remote Marketing Manager (Candidates need to be based in NY, NJ, or CT)

A leading, fast-growing hospitality management group is seeking a Remote Marketing Manager based in New York City to support a diverse and expanding portfolio of restaurant and lifestyle-driven concepts across the United States. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth for multiple markets, while partnering closely with corporate leadership and on-site teams.

This is a high-impact role within a well-capitalized, growth-oriented organization that values creativity, accountability, and results.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple restaurant and hospitality brands in U.S. markets
• Collaborate with operations, chefs, and leadership teams to align marketing with business objectives
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, website updates, paid campaigns, and promotions
• Maintain brand voice, visual standards, and messaging across all platforms
• Manage agencies, influencers, photographers, and marketing vendors across various regions
• Support new openings, special events, seasonal promotions, and ongoing initiatives
• Track performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of marketing experience in hospitality!
• Proven success managing marketing across multiple locations or regions
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social platforms, and brand storytelling
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment
• NYC-based with the ability to travel occasionally
