  • Restaurant Supervisor Qualifications:
    • Shift Lead, Shift Supervisor, and/or Key Holder experience required
    • Previous restaurant industry experience required
    • Bilingual (required or strongly preferred)
    • High-energy individual with a great personality
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Customer-focused mindset
    • Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Candidates ready to move from supervisory leadership into entry-level management

  • Entry Level Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
    • Support and assist with daily restaurant operations
    • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of at least 15 employees
    • Act as a key holder, including opening and closing responsibilities
    • Maintain high-quality food and service standards
    • Enforce sanitation, safety, and security procedures
    • Interact with guests and staff to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
