Operating Partner (Culinary Focus)

Benefits and Compensation:

Base salary up to $60,000
Profit-sharing bonus paid twice per year, potentially up to 10%
Potential equity OR ownership distributorship tied to bottom-line cash flow
Health insurance
2 weeks’ paid vacation
Relocation assistance to Atlanta, GA

Operating Partner (Culinary Focus)

Requirements & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

Proven experience leading a full-service restaurant with direct oversight of FOH and BOH
Hands-on culinary background with a strong understanding of Texas-style barbecue
Experience managing food cost, labor, and overall restaurant profitability
Ability to lead from the floor and hold teams accountable to high execution standards
Strong people-development skills with experience training and mentoring leaders
Willingness and ability to relocate to Atlanta, GA

Day-to-Day Focus:

Own day-to-day operations with full accountability for execution, culture, and results
Lead kitchen execution with a sharp focus on quality, consistency, and speed
Drive guest experience through strong FOH leadership and service standards
Manage P&L performance including food cost, labor, and controllables
Build, coach, and retain a high-performing management and hourly team

Operating Partner (Culinary Focus)

Preferred Background & Skills:

Deep exposure to Texas-style BBQ, scratch kitchens, or smoke-driven concepts
Experience working closely with ownership or in a partnership-style role
Track record of improving operations or helping scale a concept
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term ownership or equity
