This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, hands-on accounting professional who understands the pace and nuances of hospitality operations and enjoys contributing to a high-performing finance team.
Accounting Manager Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes
- Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Accounting Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and GL
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
