A well-established and growing organization within the hospitality industry is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations while supporting financial accuracy, compliance, and process improvement. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, hands-on accounting professional who understands the pace and nuances of hospitality operations and enjoys contributing to a high-performing finance team.

Accounting Manager Requirements

5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes
Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Accounting Manager Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and GL
Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and review financial statements and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
