Operations Manager – Commercial Landscaping
Location: Naperville, IL | Full-Time
We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily commercial landscaping operations, lead field crews, and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service for our clients. This role is ideal for a strong field leader who excels at scheduling, crew management, and operational execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, train, and support landscaping field crews
- Coordinate daily schedules, routing, and job planning
- Ensure safety compliance and accident-free operations
- Communicate job expectations, productivity goals, and quality standards
- Partner with Account Managers to meet client expectations
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of operations or field leadership experience (landscaping preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Customer-focused with a professional mindset
- Computer proficiency and valid driver’s license
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
