Operations Manager – Commercial Landscaping

Location: Naperville, IL | Full-Time

We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily commercial landscaping operations, lead field crews, and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service for our clients. This role is ideal for a strong field leader who excels at scheduling, crew management, and operational execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, train, and support landscaping field crews
  • Coordinate daily schedules, routing, and job planning
  • Ensure safety compliance and accident-free operations
  • Communicate job expectations, productivity goals, and quality standards
  • Partner with Account Managers to meet client expectations
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of operations or field leadership experience (landscaping preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Customer-focused with a professional mindset
  • Computer proficiency and valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
