Kitchen Manager – Coastal Casual Dining | Texas Coast

An established coastal restaurant is seeking a seasoned Kitchen Manager to lead a long-tenured back-of-house team. Known for its bold flavors and relaxed atmosphere, this high-volume operation values consistency, mentorship, and strong leadership. The right candidate will bring maturity, calm under pressure, and a genuine passion for developing people and maintaining high standards.

Kitchen Manager – Compensation & Perks

Salary: $60,000–$65,000
Christmas Bonus: $3,000–$4,000
Summer Pay Boost: +$100/week
Paid Vacation: Two weeks at Christmas
Relocation Welcome (RV stipend available for candidates with RVs)

Kitchen Manager – What You’ll Bring

Proven Kitchen Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service concept
Experience managing $3M+ annual sales volume
Ability to train and mentor culinary teams in core techniques
Formal P&L understanding and basic HR training
Comfort working in seasonal operations with volume shifts
Calm, steady leadership style and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Background in seafood or coastal cuisine a strong plus
