We are looking for an Executive Meeting Manager to add to our sales team at our luxury, boutique hotel! Interested candidates should have experience in catering in a hotel setting (sales or operations), be highly personable, and ambitious in their career growth.

Executive Meeting Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of catering experience in a hotel setting (sales or operations)
  • Friendly, outgoing, and personable demeanor
  • Ability to clearly communicate in English
  • Sharp computer skills and experience with different software programs
  • Detail-oriented and able to create flawless guest experiences

Executive Meeting Manager Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on inbound leads in a timely manner
  • Qualify potential business and capture good business
  • Actively source new clients and business
  • Book events and create BEOs
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly with operations departments on events
  • Other duties as assigned
