Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

2-4 years of recent Kitchen Manager experience in full-service dining
Knowledge of local state, & federal health and safety codes
Proven leadership ability
Oversee all BOH duties & staff

Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Assist General Manager in hiring, training, motivating, coaching & developing BOH kitchen staff
Ensure the highest quality of food goes out to every guest
Food & supply orders, Inventories, schedules, and cost management
Manage & maintain BOH equipment
