Convenience Store Manager – Alva, OK

Convenience Store Manager Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive hourly salary starting at $18/hr, with overtime opportunities
- Total compensation, including overtime and bonuses, can reach up to $60K annually
- Paid Time Off (PTO) and 6 paid holidays per year, with double time for working on holidays

- Attainable KPI bonus structure, averaging $600 to $1000 monthly

Convenience Store Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree or management certification preferred
- Prior management training and experience required
- Retail management experience preferred
- Strong and consistent work history
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Must obtain Oklahoma Alcohol Serving License
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Convenience Store Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities (written and verbal)
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in sales operations, scheduling, and hiring practices
- Solid math skills for managing financial and operational reporting
