Convenience Store Manager – Alva, OK

Convenience Store Manager Benefits and Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly salary starting at $18/hr, with overtime opportunities
  • Total compensation, including overtime and bonuses, can reach up to $60K annually
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and 6 paid holidays per year, with double time for working on holidays

Convenience Store Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree or management certification preferred
  • Prior management training and experience required
  • Retail management experience preferred
  • Strong and consistent work history
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must pass a background check and drug test
  • Must obtain Oklahoma Alcohol Serving License
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Convenience Store Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities (written and verbal)
  • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in sales operations, scheduling, and hiring practices
  • Solid math skills for managing financial and operational reporting
