Convenience Store Manager – Alva, OK

Convenience Store Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Competitive hourly salary starting at $18/hr, with overtime opportunities
Total compensation, including overtime and bonuses, can reach up to $60K annually
Paid Time Off (PTO) and 6 paid holidays per year, with double time for working on holidays

Attainable KPI bonus structure, averaging $600 to $1000 monthly

Convenience Store Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; college degree or management certification preferred
Prior management training and experience required
Retail management experience preferred
Strong and consistent work history
Must be 18 years or older
Must pass a background check and drug test
Must obtain Oklahoma Alcohol Serving License
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Convenience Store Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Proven leadership and team development skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities (written and verbal)
Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in sales operations, scheduling, and hiring practices
Solid math skills for managing financial and operational reporting
